[When White returns, she's tired. She's so, so tired, but she gets herself to stand and drag herself to the wall, using it as a lean-to as she makes her way downstairs.

Everything... looks fine, which sets her mind a little at ease, and she closes her eyes. Grips her crystal tightly and, with the weakest, softest thought, calls out for her brother.]

[Please let her get him and not the other. Please let him still be here. She doesn't want to be alone, as much as she deserves it; she's done so much for him, and if he isn't here anymore... if she's been left alone...

Some of the ivy droops on the wall beside her, and with every step down she's concentrating on not falling down the damn stairs. It hasn't come to her attention how nervous the house feels, how everything is tense and restless, but that's only attributing to the fatigue she has herself.]
